Non-exhaustive list. Each workflow can be adapted to your needs. 

Email-based enrichment

I receive an email from a new prospect, to which I reply. This condition triggers the creation of new Contact, for him and his Company.  Email content is used to qualify data fields, from position to any background he may have shared. For each data field, I can see the source.

1 custom worklow can cover up to 2 Objects (e.g. Person, Company, Ticket, Task...) in 1 Application (e.g. CRM, Task Management, Knowledge Base, Customer Care Management...)

Whatsapp-based enrichment

After a meeting with John, I send a whatsapp voice summary. Deal status, probability and expected closing timeline is automatically updated, with my validation if prefered.

Online Meeting enrichment

After a Project Management online meeting with a Client, tasks are created. The context of the project (scope of work, deliverables, timeline...) is used to propose relevant assignement and timeline.

Third-party data enrichement (public sources)

When conditions are met, Company data fields in my Knowledge base are qualified automatically, using my prefered public sources and formatted as per my preferences for consistency. Rules are applied for conflicting data management. I can trace all updates, sources and include a validation step.

1 custom worklow can cover up to 2 Objects (e.g. Person, Company, Vendor...) in 1 Application (e.g. CRM, Procurement Management...) for an unlimited number of public sources.

Third-party data enrichement (private sources)​

I can add private sources to my third-party data enrichment workflow, using custom APIs when off-the-shelf APIs do not meet my expectations (e.g. not covering custom fields, formatting issues...).

1 custom workflow can cover up to 3 private sources for the same enrichment process​.

Subscription costs / cost of data acquisition from private sources / 3rd party data vendors is not included in Korefocus package and upon client's responsibility. 

Data Consolidation

I receive sales invoices from three distribution partners. They are matched with my internal Customers and Products databases and consolidated in my ERP.

1 custom workflow can cover 1 structured data flow (e.g. Invoice reporting) from up to 3 Sources (e.g. different distributors) connected to 2 Objects (e.g. Customers, Products, Tenders, Sales Rep...) in 1 system (e.g. CRM, Invoices...).

Data Structuration

I receive performance reports from my Portfolio Companies in a semi-structured way (e.g. PPT, XLS...). KPIs are structured and consolidated in my Portfolio Performance dashboard.

1 custom workflow can cover 1 semi-structured data flow (e.g. Performance reporting) connected to up to 3 Tables (e.g. Financials, Operational KPIs, Commercial KPIs) in the same Database .

Data Lake enrichment

When I read a relevant article in the Financial Time, I can share it using Whatsapp. It's feeding my Data Lake with unstructured information to enrich Company Intelligence and can be activated by other AI streams in the future, e.g. for Connected Knowledge "Industry / Market Intelligence".

1 custom workflow can cover up to 2 channels (emails, whatsapp, document drag and drop...) from an unlimited number of public sources. Private Sources can be added using "Third-party data enrichment (Private Sources)".

Document auto-storage

When I receive a Contract, the document is properly renamed, saved in the right folder and attached to the corresponding CRM Deal. 

1 custom workflow can cover up to 3 different types of documents, e.g. Contract, Proposal, NDA stored in 2 Applications (e.g. CRM, Sharepoint)
