Custom vs. standard workflow: when does customization add value?
Some standard AI tools work well for ad-hoc use cases, and can be activated in a couple of clicks. But to drive real impact and adoption, customization is often required—whether for integration, traceability, reliability, formatting, or UX/UI.
In our first workshop, we’ll use a simple framework to map which objectives can be achieved with standard solutions versus those needing customization. This will create a balanced roadmap, focusing effort where tailored AI delivers the most value while quickly delivering others.
