Korefocus custom workflows for Pre-Cooked Content

Few examples

Non-exhaustive list. Each workflow can be adapted to your needs.

Pre-formatted analysis

For analysis I perform regularly, I select a pre-set prompt (e.g. "Generate a SWOT analysis"), analysis follows the logic it has been trained for, perform quality control, answer in a pre-defined format and deliver a PPT slide on my company branded template.

1 custom workflow can cover up to 5 analysis outputs in the same format (e.g. 1-page PPT output for SWOT analysis, 1-page PPT output for competition benchmark...).

Proposal generation

For a new sales opportunity, I can use pre-set prompts to create a draft proposal. This will select per-defined building blocks (e.g. Context, Product Description, Budget...) and use AI to generate customized content (e.g. Client Name, client activity, project objective...). If online, it can be updated after it's sent.

1 custom workflow covers up to 1 proposal template (e.g. "Implementation business proposal" or "Fundraising deck"), including unlimited number of blocks (e.g. context, product description, budget, timeline, blank page...), using the same source for customization auto-fill (e.g. CRM, Knowledge Base, Data Lake...).

Speech-to-chart

When I type a natural-language request (e.g. “show revenue per sector from this table”), a chart is created.

1 custom workflow can cover up to 5 Charts (e.g. bar, pie, line...)  from 1 Source (e.g. document drag-and-drop, specific database...).

Request list builder

When I prepare a due-diligence request, I provide the Company Memo and select pre-set due-diligence prompts (financials, legal, operations…). AI reviews my standard due-diligence list, maps questions that are not or partially addressed and prepares a custom due-diligence request accordingly.

1 custom workflow can cover up to 3 Request types (due-diligence, product specifications, job candidate interview questions...).

No-code SQL query generation

I can chat with my database (e.g. “what are the top 10 clients by revenue growth”), the system generates a SQL query, runs it, and returns insights in natural language. I can review the SQL query (code or natural language rephrasing) to ensure accuracy. I can save the query for re-use.

1 custom workflow can cover up to 3 Tables in the same database.

Message generation

When I receive a suggestion for a follow-up or pipeline re-activation from "Smart Suggestions", I can accept and request a draft message (email, IM...) that I can edit and send from the same environment

1 custom workflow can cover to 1 Smart Suggestion workflow (suggestion converted into action) sent via 1 Channel (email, whatsapp...)

Admin document auto-fill

I can create a draft contract (party names, addresses, dates, terms, budget, scope of work description...) using context data I provide (e.g. proposal, company profile...). The draft highlights customized fields for an easy review.

1 custom workflow can cover up to 3 Documents Templates (e.g. Contract template 1, Contract template 2, NDA...) using 1 Source (e.g. CRM).

Digest generation

I receive a weekly digest summarizing mentions of my Contacts in the news, another summarizing key updates in the Company Sales Pipeline. Each digest is structured as per pre-defined preferences.

1 custom workflow can cover up to 3 Digests from unlimited public sources and 1 internal source (e.g. CRM, Knowledge base...).

  • You can propose your own ideas.
